CHILDREN’S PLAY AREAS
We’re often asked to review children’s wards in order to improve the environment for children. But all too often parents can suffer equally from anxiety which can be transferred to their child. ‘Calm parents equal calm children’. Therefore one of our main aims is to calm the spaces by de-cluttering the walls and providing engaging, distrction-based images, encouraging children and their guardians to take their mind away from the fact they are in a hospital.
Our design service is available to provide guidance on bespoke images, storage solutions and advice where autistic spectrum issues or other special needs are prevalent.
