Hot off the press! this is the new Teenage space for patients to relax during their time in hospital at Southampton General Hospital, the space was a tired old cluttered typical ‘play/school’ room, with help from the SGH charity and Teenage Cancer Trust we have been able to transform the space into something more appropriate for Teenagers undergoing a stay in hospital…

You know that your existing ward is gloomy and uninspiring and it definitely doesn’t reflect the efficient, professional and caring approach that you and your team pride yourselves on.

The new Super hospital in Glasgow, renamed the Queen Elizabeth, now has a spectacular Teenage Cancer Trust unit nesteld within its floors.

SO, at the annual healthcare industry awards in London we were delighted to receive the Clinicians Choice award for the Maternity Bereavement Suite project in Leicester General Hospital… testament to the hard work and efforts of our design and projects team. Teenage Cancer Trust’s latest unit at Alder Hey in Liverpool

In the shortest space of time this previously rather dull reception area was transformed with some interesting graphics. A great improvement for all we think!

The second specialist Maternity Bereavement suite was officially opend by MP Keith Vaz and his daughter last week, following on from the success of the first suite at the General Hospital, the new suite at the Royal infirmary has met with the same positive comments from those unfortunate enough to have to use the service.

Another lengthy weekend with huge caffeine and doughnut intake saw the final areas of the children’s in patients and out patients at The Royal Marsden in Surrey completed, the patients, parents and staff love their new decorations 🙂 These images were taken during the works, professional ones may come later.

Momentum charity provide enhancements to the environment for Kingston and hopefully St Georges hospital in South London, we were recently asked to design and equip a playroom, the project was on a tight timescale and the hospitals estates team worked with our guys to get the job done in short order.. the Kids are delighted, and the staff rather like it too!…

Leicesters ‘ourspace’ appeal wanted to improve the environment for children and their families whilst undergoing treatment… this is the first of a number of planned improvements to the environment and has been really well received by both children and their parents.
